Return Policy

Any item(s) purchased from that has experienced a manufacture defect (see below), may be returned within 365 days from purchase including items bought during sales and merchandise received as gifts.


Because each product is custom printed, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (i) the product itself is flawed, (ii) the quality of the printing is poor or (iii) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.



Returns/refund is performed by BLUEGREEN PUBLISHING LLC, sole owner of the brand blueGreen and the online store. 


  • blueGreen LLC will offer a refund only if the correct return procedure is followed and terms and conditions are met.
  • The order number must be provided, and the refund will be issued only to the payment method used for placing the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, free from dirt, dust, hair, odor free, and in an unaltered, good-to-sell condition, with tags attached and packed in its original brand packaging.
  • blueGreen LLC  is not liable for loss or damage sustained during transportation of return merchandise.
  • blueGreen LLC  reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we consider not fulfilling the return conditions.
  • blueGreen LLC  reserves the right to reject the return and shall not give any refund for products not returned in compliance with the return conditions.
  • blueGreen LLC  will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s) except the costs for shipping and insurance.
  • We will not process a return of goods purchased from third-party merchants. (In such cases, contact the third-party merchant from which you purchased the product and process the return according to their return policy.)
  • Products purchased from outlet or clearance sales are not eligible for refund.
  • All shipping and insurance fees for international returns are at the cost of the client.

Manufacture Defects:
  • Loose thread which results in a seam failure.
  • Departed seams which result in separated materials.
  • Printed media detachment from fabric.
NOT Considered Manufacture Defects:
  • Normal wear from usage.
  • Pilling - " Fuzzballs" from rubbing during normal wear.
  • Torn or cut fabric.

We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:

    • The item(s) is printed as ordered. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns on items without a defect.
    • The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before the item(s) is sent back.
    • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
    • The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.
    • The item(s) were a “Final Sale,” during time periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, etc., and utilized a promo code.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have finished our inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved, we will credit the full purchase price, excluding shipping, to the original payment method. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the amount paid by the gifts certificate will be credited to the gift certificate and the amount paid by the credit card will be refunded to the credit card. Refunds issued to credit cards will generally appear within 2 to 5 days. You also have the option of requesting a store credit. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit can be easily applied to your next order during checkout.
